Western Chapter Association for Preservation Technology

The WCAPT chapter membership for 2024-2025 is $45 for an individual. This amount is seen as appropriate to grow the chapter into the future. WCAPT has selected a membership annual renewal period to coincide with APT International, from July 1 to June 30, to encourage membership in both. To further encourage membership in APTI, a 33% discount is applied to WCAPT membership for APTI members.

An innovation of the Western Chapter is to charge no fee for students with a current student ID. This is intended to encourage student membership and participation in student scholarships.

The sponsorship classes, Corporate, will aid in the WCAPT financial security strategy. There are several benefits to Corporate sponsorship in WCAPT: the sponsoring company receives 1 year memberships in WCAPT, receives discounted or complementary admissions to WCAPT events, and receives prominent promotional material placement at events and in promotional material.
