Registration is closed

Sponsorship of this event allows designated individuals of your organization to register for events at the half price sponsor rate. Sponsor's logos are placed on all printed and electronic literature and acknowledged during the annual meeting. Tables are provided throughout the day to display and promote products and services.

Event Sponsorships at the Supporter, Sponsor and Underwriter levels are available. Single sponsorship of the bus transportation and the reception respectively are also available.

Expected total attendance is expected to reach 50-60 participants, although individual events may have around 25-45 participants. Electronic literature reaches a wider audience.

Event registration is expected to be open to the public in mid-January.

The annual meeting fulfills the requirements of our Bylaws and provides members and the public with the opportunity to interact with the Board and review the achievements of WCAPT during the past year, financial status, next year's goals, welcoming of new Board members and an appreciation of departed members.

The 2015 agenda includes a tour of Gladding McBean terra cotta factory in the morning with a box lunch and bus transportation provided, followed by the Annual Meeting back in Sacramento. A technical presentation and tour of the Sacramento Valley railroad station is next, with a wine reception afterwards.
