Sponsorship of this event allows additional individuals of your organization to register for events at the half price sponsor rate as noted under Registration. Instructions for special rate registration are included on the sponsorship receipt. Sponsors' logos are placed on all printed and electronic literature, and in published material (except Individual Level). Each sponsor will be provided one table throughout the day to display and promote their products and services (except Individual Level). All sponsors are acknowledged during the annual meeting.
Event Sponsorships at the Sponsor and Supporter levels are available. Sponsorship of the bus transportation and the reception respectively are also available.
Expected total attendance is expected to reach 35 -45 participants. Electronic literature reaches a wider audience.

The annual meeting fulfills the requirements of our Bylaws and provides members and the public with the opportunity to interact with the Board and review the achievements of WCAPT during the past year, financial status, next year's goals, welcoming of new Board members and an appreciation of departed members.
