Attendees will learn about failure mechanisms in steel frame historic buildings, strategies for the protection of steel frames to prevent further failures, the repair of concrete and masonry elements, and approaches for monitoring and controlling protection solutions. The event includes presentations, demonstrations, and a hands-on component. Space limited.

WCAPT offered a full-day Anti-Corrosion Workshop in the Bay Area. Participants learned about failure mechanisms in steel frame historic buildings, strategies for the protection of steel frames to prevent further failures, the repair of concrete and masonry elements, and approaches for monitoring and controlling protection solutions. The event consisted of presentations, demonstrations, and a hands-on workshop component. A second workshop will be held in Southern California in Fall 2016.
